Agenda:

10:30 - Administrative Set Up - Anyone who has any interest in showing up and making sure the place is clean and set up tables, chairs, trash cans, and ready for the game. We appreciate all help.

11:00 - Assisted Character Creation/Meet and Greet - If you have a new character Brandon will be on site to help you get organized and get your character started, aka Character Crash Course. Brandon will be wearing a black Fedora Hat. At this point we can get the majority of your character done, David Stover will still need to approve of your concept.

12.00 - Mini Lunch break

1:00 - Actual Meeting Start - The City of Dallas opens with Day 1 on Month 1.

10:00 - Game Close - The game may close earlier than this depending on how everything goes. We are still adjusting the time schedule of game to reflect the best hours for everyone and what works best for the game.

10:15 - Cleanup - Please help to keep the Community Center clean and free of trash. We are allowed to rent this place because we return it to them the same way they let us use it.

    I found the center on map quest... they were just really bad directions.. but they would have gotten us there. (we chose to use the other directions posted on this web site instead)

    Since the center can't be found on yahoo or google maps, we are going to post a whole bunch of Anhks outside probably with arrows.

    Right now, I would advise people to bring a pack lunch and maybe a small cooler. I believe there is a coke machine on site, but I'm not sure how often it gets refilled. I encourage people to bring extra chips, drinks, cups, and ice, but that is strictly voluntary. (Red drinks make good props.)

Who attended?

    •  Went very well for an opening session. 
    •  It was a tad smaller than I had expected, but we really had a great time. Everbody brought a good mix of drinks and snacks (thanks for the Donuts Tracy!!! hehe). We jumped right in around 1:00 and it got off to a great start. I think everyone had a blast and nobody is going to forget the echoing howl of "I AM DEMON-IFI-CATION". There's so much going on in the game right now and its only going to get better. I think now we've got a good core group established and recruitments going to just fill in the rest!
