Agenda:
10:30 - Administrative Set Up - Anyone who has any interest in showing up and making sure the place is clean and set up tables, chairs, trash cans, and ready for the game. We appreciate all help.
11:00 - Assisted Character Creation/Meet and Greet - If you have a new character Brandon will be on site to help you get organized and get your character started, aka Character Crash Course. Brandon will be wearing a black Fedora Hat. At this point we can get the majority of your character done, David Stover will still need to approve of your concept.
12.00 - Mini Lunch break
1:00 - Actual Meeting Start - The City of Dallas opens with Day 1 on Month 1.
10:00 - Game Close - The game may close earlier than this depending on how everything goes. We are still adjusting the time schedule of game to reflect the best hours for everyone and what works best for the game.
10:15 - Cleanup - Please help to keep the Community Center clean and free of trash. We are allowed to rent this place because we return it to them the same way they let us use it.
